Operator and scope

These terms apply to the Marshalos Ltd website and business workspace. Brand creation, printing and advisory work also require an agreed scope and the sales terms. Registered details are being confirmed; paid checkout is unavailable until the required business and payment information is complete. Contact info@marshalos.co.uk.

Your account

Provide accurate details, keep your credentials private and use the service lawfully. Your workspace is intended for one business owner account; team entries are management records and do not create additional user logins. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

Early access and the business plan

Early access currently has no charge and requires no payment details. The planned Business price is £29 per month, with separate charges for products, printing and advisory work. You will not be moved to a paid plan automatically; you must explicitly complete checkout. Before paid subscriptions open, we will confirm the full tax-inclusive price, provider identity, available features, billing and cancellation terms.

Renewal and cancellation

Once you choose a paid plan, subscription payments recur monthly from the date shown at checkout until cancelled. There is no annual commitment. Manage renewal through Plan & billing or email us if that is unavailable. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period, unless you request earlier closure. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete your data. Download your records before deleting your account. We will give advance notice of price changes and an opportunity to cancel before a new price applies.

Consumer rights

The workspace is designed for business use. If you purchase as a consumer and consumer cancellation rights apply, those rights are preserved. The cancellation and refund policy explains the relevant rights; we will not treat immediate access alone as a waiver. No clause removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Guidance and tools

The UK guide and calculations provide general information. They do not file tax returns, administer payroll, certify compliance, verify right-to-work evidence, send invoices or replace legal, accounting or regulated professional advice. You are responsible for checking official sources, entering accurate figures and meeting your business obligations. Dates you enter appear in the workspace; the service does not currently send automatic deadline alerts.

Automated support

Flightdesk offers authored guidance alongside optional responses generated by a model hosted through Netlify AI Gateway. Users do not need to install or configure an AI model. Hosted inference has usage limits and may be unavailable; authored guidance remains available. Generated text can contain errors and must be reviewed before use. Flightdesk cannot verify live facts, determine legal compliance, confirm a payment or act as a professional adviser. It does not send messages or change account records automatically.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular business outcome. Features can change as the service develops. For material changes to a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and appropriate remedies where required. Export your records regularly.

Acceptable use and content

Do not attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual property, impersonate others or store highly sensitive information not supported by the service. You keep ownership of your content and permit us to process it to provide the service. We may restrict accounts to address serious misuse or security risks and will explain the reason where lawful and practical.

Responsibility and disputes

Each party remains responsible for its own acts. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any project-specific limits must be set out in the written agreement and be lawful and fair. Contact us first to resolve a concern. These terms use the law of England and Wales, without preventing consumers from relying on mandatory protections or courts available in their home jurisdiction.
