How an order is agreed
A studio request is an enquiry, not a paid order. We review your brief and send a written quote identifying the deliverables, quantity, final price, taxes, delivery cost, schedule and any third-party charges. You can correct your details before accepting. Work starts only after written acceptance and the agreed payment arrangements.
Logo and branding package
The listed £150 package includes two initial logo concepts, two refinement rounds, final SVG, PNG and PDF files, colour and typography choices and a concise brand guide. Additional concepts, substantial scope changes, licensed fonts, stock assets or other deliverables require your approval of a separate quote. We do not promise trademark availability or registration.
Cards and displays
Google review cards and social cards are £50 per physical card for the listed standard scope. A standard counter stand is £50 each. A digital business card package is £50; hosting duration, renewals and the delivered link are agreed in the quote. Provide accurate links and business details. Review products help customers leave honest feedback; they do not guarantee reviews, ratings or search rankings.
Flyers and printed business cards
Design and printing prices depend on the quantity, size, number of sides, paper or card stock, finish and delivery destination. Design, print and delivery costs are itemised before payment. No print amount is inferred from a sample price. We obtain your approval of the final artwork proof before printing. Screen and print colours may differ; agree any critical colour requirement before production.
Proof approval and changes
Check all names, numbers, spelling, links, sizes and artwork carefully. If a fault is caused by us or goods do not match the agreed specification, applicable remedies remain available. Changes requested after you approve a correct proof may affect cost and delivery; we seek your approval before additional charges.
Payment and ownership
The accepted quote states deposit or full-payment requirements. Original commissioned final artwork is assigned to you on full payment, except third-party assets, fonts and pre-existing materials, which retain their own licence terms. Unselected concepts are not included. You confirm that content supplied to us can lawfully be used.
Timing and delivery
Design timing, production time, shipping method and delivery cost are confirmed in the written quote. Timelines depend on receiving the brief, payment and your approvals. We will tell you about material delays. Physical products are delivered to the agreed address; tell us promptly if goods are damaged, missing or incorrect. Consumers retain statutory remedies.
Cancellation, faults and complaints
The cancellation and refund policy applies alongside your written scope. Bespoke goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation, but this does not remove rights for faulty or misdescribed products. Email info@marshalos.co.uk with the order reference and details of your concern.
